The crap that passes for jernl,ism around here is atrocious.

There is so much wrong with the video, as far as nomenclature is concerned, that my head hurts. Seriously? Permits? Even the Sheriff incorrectly identifies the licences as permits.

Oh, and whoever wrote the article really should get a dictionary. I'm quite sure they meant to write 'moral terpitude' and not what they really wrote ...

Hah! "Good moral turpitude"! An oxymoron if ever there was one! (And yes, it is spelled with a "u", not an "e" in the first syllable.)
